1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Draw2Life, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including parents and guardians using the app on behalf of children.

2. Age Requirements

Draw2Life is designed for children ages 4 and up, under adult supervision. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the app. By allowing a child to use Draw2Life, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf.

3. License & Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Draw2Life for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

Use the app for any commercial or unlawful purpose

Transfer the app to another person or device without authorization

4. Content Policy

Draw2Life uses AI to generate art and stories. You agree not to upload or generate content that is:

Sexually explicit or inappropriate for children

Violent, hateful, or promotes harm

Infringing on the intellectual property of others

Illegal or otherwise objectionable

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Draw2Life and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. AI-generated artworks and stories created using your drawings are for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of your original drawings.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Draw2Life offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium features include:

30 AI artworks per month

30 AI stories per month

30 coloring pages per month

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payments are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Refunds are handled per the platform's refund policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Draw2Life is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect or unexpected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Draw2Life. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the app in the twelve months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
